What is the Infilling of the Holy Spirit?
The baptism in the Holy Spirit is a gift from God, available to every believer. Jesus said in Acts 1:8, "You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you." This empowerment includes the supernatural ability to pray in tongues, just like believers did in Acts 2.
Are you ready to Receive?
You don’t have to wait or strive. If you’ve accepted Jesus as your Savior, you are ready right now to receive the Holy Spirit.
Pray This Out Loud:
"Father, I see that the gift of the Holy Spirit belongs to Your Children. So, I come to You to receive this gift. I received my salvation by faith, so I receive the gift of the Holy Spirit by faith. I believe I receive the Holy Spirit now! Since I'm filled with the Holy Spirit now, I expect to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gives me utterance, just like those in Acts 2 on the Day of Pentecost. Thank you for filling me with the Holy Ghost."
Now, words that the Spirit of God gives you will float up from your spirit. You are the one who must open your mouth and speak those words out. The words will not come to your mind, but they will float up from your spirit. Speak those out freely.
